When Paradise is Restored at Last

10a

SOMEDAY leaving this world behind and again being reunited with our loved ones in Heaven is a hope shared by millions of people.  How wonderful the prospect is of being in a place where there is no tears, no pain, no human suffering because “the former things have passed away”!–Rev. 21:4

As a former full preterist, I can certainly appreciate the arguments put forth by members of the movement, as to the second coming being a past event. After all, if “all these things” mentioned in Matthew 24: 1-34 took place in A.D. 70 (which would include the one parousia mentioned in v. 3), then one must accept the logical consequences of his/her view and afirm that the Full Preterist view is correct.
